South Georgia's 5-Star Pressure Washing
Make Your Property Look Brand New Again.
House washing, driveways, roofs, decks, and more — we blast away the dirt, mold, and grime so you don't have to. Serving Statesboro and all of South Georgia.
South Georgia's humidity doesn't just make things dirty — it makes them grow.
Mold, mildew, and algae aren't just ugly. Left alone, they eat into siding, stain concrete permanently, and shorten the life of a roof. Regular cleaning is the cheapest way to protect what's probably your biggest investment.
And not every surface takes the same treatment — too much pressure on the wrong material causes real damage. We match the method (soft wash vs. pressure) to the surface every time, never the other way around.

Six core services, each done with the right method for the surface — never a one-size-fits-all blast.

More than just the clean.
Cleaning now is cheaper than repairs later.
Mold, algae, and grime don't just sit on the surface — left long enough, they degrade siding, stain concrete permanently, and shorten a roof's life. Regular cleaning is the cheapest maintenance a property owner can do.

Everything you get with a V&G exterior cleaning.
Not all pressure washing is the same. Here's exactly what each service includes and why the right method matters for your property — so you know precisely what you're paying for.
House washing (soft wash)
Most of your home's exterior — vinyl siding, stucco, painted surfaces — should never be hit with high pressure, which forces water behind siding and strips paint. We use a low-pressure soft wash with professional cleaning solutions that kill mold, mildew, algae, and dirt at the source, so your home stays clean longer than a blast-and-rinse job. Safe for landscaping, safe for siding, spotless results.
Driveway & concrete cleaning
Concrete takes real pressure. We use surface cleaners that deliver an even, streak-free finish across driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, and patios — lifting out embedded dirt, algae, rust, and oil staining that a garden hose can't touch. The color difference on a years-dirty driveway is dramatic.
Roof soft washing
Those black streaks on your roof are algae, and pressure washing a roof will void shingle warranties and knock granules loose. We soft-wash roofs with the low-pressure, solution-based method shingle manufacturers actually recommend — killing the algae and restoring the roof's look without damage, and slowing how fast it comes back.
Deck, patio & fence restoration
Wood needs a careful touch — too much pressure gouges and splinters it. We clean and brighten wood and composite decks, patios, and fences at the correct pressure, stripping away the gray weathering, green algae, and grime to bring the natural surface back, ready to seal or stain.
Gutter brightening
The black vertical stripes on gutters ("tiger striping") are oxidation and grime that regular rinsing won't remove. Our gutter brightening treatment dissolves it, making your gutters — and your whole roofline — look freshly installed.
Common questions
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water and is right for hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure plus cleaning solutions and is right for delicate surfaces like siding and roofs. Using high pressure on the wrong surface causes real damage — we match the method to the material every time.
How often should I have my house washed?
Most homes in humid South Georgia benefit from a house wash once a year to stay ahead of mold, mildew, and algae. Shaded or tree-heavy properties may want it more often. Driveways and roofs are typically every 1–2 years.
Will pressure washing damage my siding or roof?
Not the way we do it. We soft-wash anything that high pressure could damage — siding, stucco, roofs, wood — and reserve high pressure for concrete. That's the whole point of hiring a pro over renting a machine.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not, as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water spigot. We'll confirm everything when we schedule.
Do you handle commercial properties too?
Yes — storefronts, sidewalks, dumpster pads, and building exteriors. And if you run a restaurant or commercial kitchen, we also do kitchen hood and exhaust cleaning. See our hood cleaning page ›
